Annette is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in psychiatric and mental health care and over 20 years as an Advanced Nurse Clinician. She brings decades of clinical insight to her role, supporting individuals and families with a focus on early childhood development, parenting and mental wellness across all stages of life.
With a certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy from the Justice Institute of BC, Annette integrates creative and evidence-based approaches into her practice. She works with children, adolescents and adults, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and the lasting effects of adverse childhood experiences. Annette brings warmth, understanding and a deep respect for each of her client’s unique experiences. Her passion lies in helping clients feel more in control, more understood and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
Outside of work, Annette enjoys immersing herself in nature, whether hiking through forests or spending time in her garden. She also loves reading books and taking adventures with her family.
Fun fact: Annette has been playing ringette for 20 years and still laces up regularly for games.
