Faith has completed a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology with several years of experience in the social work field. She brings a warm, collaborative approach to counselling, shaped by her background working with children in the child welfare system supporting youth in foster care.

Faith currently works with adults and seniors but is looking forward to working with youth again. She sees herself as a fellow traveller, walking alongside her clients with empathy and respect. Faith believes that each person carries their own inner wisdom and works to help clients find their strength by creating a safe space built with trust and authenticity.

Her therapeutic work is influenced by Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory. Faith’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, with a strong emphasis on creating a calm, supportive space where connection can lead to healing.

Outside of work, Faith enjoys being active outdoors, spending time with friends and family as well as her dog.
