Specialties: Life Transitions, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Trauma, Grief, Latinx Identity & Cultural Navigation.

Meredeth is a Clinical Counsellor whose approach is based in authenticity and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. She has supported individuals navigating some of life’s most transformative moments including anxiety, grief, trauma, cultural identity and major life transitions. She works primarily with clients aged 16 and up, bringing a warm and understanding presence to each session. As a bilingual Latina counsellor, she offers a cultural perspective and space for exploring Latinx experiences, intergenerational patterns, identity and boundary setting. Her approach is integrative and flexible, adapting to each client’s needs. She uses techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed care. In her sessions, she takes action-oriented approaches to help clients understand what matters most to them and move toward their goals. Meredeth finds inspiration in watching her clients’ courage to make meaningful changes that lead them to live the lives they want. Outside of work, you can find Meredeth spending time in nature, wildlife viewing and birdwatching. When she’s not outside, you can find her curled up on the couch to binge-watch her favourite TV show. Fun fact: At 4’11”, Meredeth is proof that you don’t need to be tall to make a big impact.
