I-Ki is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. With over 15 years of experience in individual and group counseling settings, she supports children, youth, adults, couples and families through a wide range of mental health concerns.
Her person-centred and collaborative approach helps clients gain insight, reflect on their experiences and move toward meaningful change. She has training in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy and Play Therapy. She is also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, particularly in the treatment of OCD.
With a background in Pharmacy and firsthand experience as the parent of a neurodiverse child, I-Ki brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her work. She is especially passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for her clients and providing them with the tools they need to feel heard, understood and empowered.
Outside of work, I-Ki enjoys outdoor sports, hiking and traveling with her family.
Fun fact: I-Ki used to run marathons and still enjoys staying active.
